Dave Shea is the creator and cultivator of the highly influential css Zen Garden. As well as being a member of the Web Standards Project, Dave is the owner and director of Bright Creative, and he writes about all things web for his daily weblog, mezzoblue.com. Living in Vancouver, B.C., Canada, you can usually find him at the local farmer’s markets or independent coffee roasters when he’s not in front of a screen.
Dave is a designer with a penchant for order and neatness. Dave realizes the two sometimes collide, and often struggles to find a nice happy bench in the park that they can all sit down on and work out their differences.
Dave is an English speaker. He’d love to understand all your Dutch and Italian e-mails, but sadly his hired interpreters left in an ugly instance involving overtime payment and tuna sandwiches. Really, you’re better off not asking.
Dave is laid–back, easy–going, and some other hyphenated adjectives.
