Having worked for a big corporation who seems to have lost sight of the customer, has become increasingly insular and centralised decisions for the whole world into one office in one state somehere in the United States, I can say that I am speaking from experience. 

I have just ordered the book.</description>

It should be an integrated approached. Cut perhaps 10-20% of the Above The Line budget and use it to hire a team to take care of the community.</description>
